From January 21- January 24th, the Graduate School of Library and Information Science (GSLIS) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will be visiting the Metropolitan Atlanta area (Georgia State University, Georgia Tech, and Emory University). GSLIS offers a master's degree that is highly interdisciplinary and our graduates have a vast array of career outcomes ranging from librarians and archivists in public libraries and universities to business data analysts and competitive intelligence researchers for Fortune 500 companies. 

Master's program highlights: 
  • U.S. News and World Report #1 ranked program
  • Degree can be completed on-campus or online 
  • Customizable 40-credit master's program with only two required courses
  • Additional specializations include Socio-Technical Data Analytics, Youth Services, K-12 School Librarianship, Special Collections Librarianship, Community Informatics
  • No GRE requirement when applicant has earned a 3.0 in the last 60 credits of undergraduate study
