The Tower will host the 8th Biannual Undergraduate Research Kaleidoscope (URK) on Thursday, March 6 at 11 am in the Library's Neely Room. Undergrads are encouraged to attend. Visit gttower.org/urk for more information. As always, we will be providing food and prizes for the top presentations.

The Spring 2014 PURA Applications are due on October 1, 2013. Please visit http://www.undergradresearch.gatech.edu/pura for more information and application instructions.
Get paid to do research! The deadline for PURA (President’s Undergraduate Research Award) for Spring 2014 is not far away! Complete applications, including a letter of recommendation, are due October 1st, 2013. Please visit www.undergradresearch.gatech.edu/pura/rules-procedures for more information on the application process.
PURA is in need of about 80 graduate students or postdocs to help in reviewing the PURA Applications for Fall 2013. Each reviewer will be responsible for about 5 applicatons (each application will be reviewed by at least 2-3 grad students/postdocs). The review will consist of scoring the 5 applications online (30-45 minuts), followed by a group review over lunch (date TBA).
As a reminder, PURA allows undergraduate students at Georgia Tech to receive stipends for research performed under a faculty mentor.
