The online application for graduation (OAG) for summer and fall graduation is now open! The OAG will be available for summer graduation through May 20th and for fall graduation through August 26th. ALL STUDENTS WHO WANT TO GRADUATE IN EITHER SEMESTER MUST FILE AN OAG.
Information on the OAG and how to file it can be found on the registrar's website here: http://registrar.gatech.edu/students/oag.php.
Here are the steps that you need to follow. Please note that this system relies on YOU to be responsible for following through with all the steps. Don't do it? You won't graduate.
1. Familiarize yourself with the OAG. Go to http://registrar.gatech.edu/students/oag.php and read through the information. A downloadable instructional PDF can be printed out here: http://registrar.gatech.edu/docs/pdf/oaghta.pdf.
2. Complete the OAG via OSCAR. Instructions on where to access the OAG in OSCAR are in the document listed in #1 (OSCAR> Student Services & Financial Aid> Student Records> Apply to Graduate). If your major is listed incorrectly or you have a declared minor that is missing, STOP IMMEDIATELY and email the Office of the Registrar Degree Certification team at dc@lists.gatech.edu. If your minor is not appearing because you haven't yet declared it, then you must do that first (refer to instructions in point #1 with information on how to do this). Schedule an appointment with me to take care of declaring your minor.
3. Once you hit "submit," continue on to the Georgia Tech Exit Survey, using the link provided.
4. Schedule an advising appointment with Dr. D'Unger at gatech.gradesfirst.com. This must be done no later than May 1, 2016 if you are graduating in summer 2016 and August 24, 2016 if you are graduating in fall 2016.
5. Access the online HTS post-graduation contact form here and the HTS undergraduate exit survey here. PRINT OUT BOTH FORMS AND COMPLETE THEM. BRING THEM TO YOUR ADVISING APPOINTMENT WITH DR. D'UNGER.
IN SUM, YOU MUST:
- complete the OAG,
- fill out the Georgia Tech exit survey,
- have an advising appointment with Dr. D'Unger no later than May 1, 2016 if you are graduating in summer 2016 and August 24, 2016 if you are graduating in fall 2016, and
- complete and turn in both the HTS contact form and HTS exit survey to Dr. D'Unger (at the advising appointment). BRING THE COMPLETED FORMS WITH YOU!

Through 2018, the Tower will undergo extensive renovations to transform the building by adding additional electrical infrastructure, renewing building systems, and creating inspiring new spaces to support learning at the heart of campus.
Price Gilbert will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the construction. Once construction on the Tower completes, the Price Gilbert building will close for renovation through 2020.
The Summer 2016 and Fall 2016 registration processes are changing in small but important ways.

1. Summer 2016 registration will now consist of one phase, which will remain open through the first week of Summer classes.
2. For Fall 2016, Phase One will now remain open through May 20th, allowing student to adjust their schedules after receiving their Spring grades.

Course Instructor Opinion Surveys (CIOS) are now open! Please fill them out carefully and thoughtfully so professors can improve their instruction.

Register now for a new Introduction to Educational Psychology course taught mostly online! CETL 4001 will apply basic principles of developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and social psychology to the study of teaching and learning.
