If you filed a degree petition to graduate in a past semester (i.e., anything before spring 2012) and either chose not to graduate or failed to fulfill graduation requirements, but would like to now graduate in spring 2012, YOU MUST REACTIVATE YOUR DEGREE PETITION NOW.  Degree petitions must be reactivated by January 17, 2012 in order to be eligible to graduate.  This does NOT apply to those who are filing a new petition--those were due on October 15th for spring 2012.  If you need to reactivate your petition, schedule an appointment with Dr. D'Unger ASAP at www.advising.gatech.edu.

Are you an HTS major who would like to graduate in the spring of 2012? It's time to fill out your degree petition! Follow these simple steps:

2. Read all the instructions and fill out the contact information form, anonymous exit survey, and degree petition. Not sure about what to put on the petition? Leave it blank and we'll fill it out together.

3. Put your exit survey in the envelope included in the packet and seal it. Do not write your name on it.

4. Schedule a HALF HOUR appointment with Dr. D'Unger at www.advising.gatech.edu
.

If you have a minor, you will need to also bring your minor Program of Study form, which can be found here: www.catalog.gatech.edu/students/ugrad/minors/minors.php.

Want to graduate in FALL 2011? This week is your LAST CHANCE to complete a degree petition. Need more info? Email Dr. D'Unger.
