1. Pick up a degree petition packet from outside my office, room 124 in Old CE.
2. Read the instructions carefully (really!) and follow them.
3. Complete the contact information form. As much detail as possible, please, even if you aren't really sure what you'll be doing after graduation.
4. Complete the ANONYMOUS exit survey. Do not put your name on it and put it in the envelope and seal it after you've completed it.
5. Make a HALF HOUR appointment with Dr. D'Unger at www.advising.gatech.edu.
All of this must be completed by Monday, May 16th!
