- Fiscal expertise in areas such as budgeting, multiple funding sources, HS circulars, cost principles, HS specific audits, and the fiscal role of the governing body, strongly desired

- 5 years’ experience related to health services in a early childhood program specific to the development and implementation of comprehensive health services
- Demonstrated experience with the provision of ongoing consultation or technical assistance related to health services for children birth to five years old;
- Experience addressing the health needs of children from diverse backgrounds such as children with special health care needs, children with disabilities, children who are dual language learners, children in family child care settings, and/or children who are homeless
- BA or a BS, Master’s Degree preferred, in public health, mental health, health education, maternal and child health, or health administration
Location: Atlanta, GA
- 7 years of experience including at least 3 years with providing technical assistance and consultation to child care programs; and at least 3 years’ experience working with Head Start/Early Head Start, child care and state prekindergarten programs;
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in developing successful collaborations within state early childhood systems
- Knowledge of state education systems in the region 4
