BOOK EXHIBIT ASSISTANTS NEEDED FOR CONFERENCES IN BOSTON, DC & CA

APRIL 6-9, 2010

LIBRARY OF SOCIAL SCIENCE is considered the premiere firm in the United States organizing book exhibits for scholarly conferences (see www.libraryofsocialscience.com/organizers.html).

Our on-site exhibits are managed by creative, experienced staff members. However, in 2010, four of our conferences fall on the same dates. We seek individuals located in each of the above cities for each of these meetings—to assist in managing the book exhibits.

PLEASE CONTACT Hugh Galford at 718-393-1104 or email HGalford@LibraryofSocialScience.com to apply for these positions.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  1. Accommodations: stay in a $300+ hotel room each night.
  2. Free attendance at the conference (attend sessions when the traffic at the book exhibit is slow).
  3. Books at the end of the meeting.
We seek enthusiastic, energetic people with some business experience. The job will involve helping to set up the book exhibit—as well as selling books to attendees and writing up orders during the conference. The job is not difficult, but at times (especially between sessions) is intense.

If you think you are suitable and qualified for any of these positions (or know someone who is), please have them contact me ASAP at 718-393-1104 or send an e-mail to HGalford@libraryofsocialscience.com.  Click "Read More" to see the conference schedule.
