The Georgia House Democratic Caucus, led by Representative Stacey Abrams, is looking for skilled and energetic interns to assist in the 2016 Legislative Session with the Georgia General Assembly. Interns will assist Caucus Directors in day-to-day tasks, including, but not limited to:
• Analyzing legislation and compiling research on legislative affairs
• Researching materials and data entry for Caucus initiatives
• Sitting in and reporting back from committee hearings
Ideal candidates must have familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and experience with Photoshop and social media is preferred. Academic credit is available and scheduling is flexible based on need and intern availability.
