Brockington and Associates is seeking a marketing and administrative assistant for their offices in Peachtree Corners, GA. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a demonstrated interest in history, archaeology, and marketing.
You would assist the marketing department with these tasks:
- maintaining marketing materials
- tracking and routing RFPs
- completing registration and certification paperwork
- helping project managers with proposals
- administrating contracts
Additionally, you would assist the administrative department by:
- managing rental cars
- managing deliveries and shipments
- filing, copying, scanning
- ordering office supplies
- scheduling and planning office events
