Two HTS faculty members and one alumna were given awards at the April 7th Ivan Allen College Day.  

Dean Jacqueline J. Royster awarded the Faculty Distinguished Research Award to Dr. Hanchao Lu and the Faculty Distinguished Service Award to Dr. Kenneth Knoespel. 

Dr. Leslie Sharp, an alumna from the HSTS Ph.D. program, won the Distinguished Alumni Award for HTS.  Dr. Sharp is currently the Associate Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Affairs at Georgia Tech.
