Duties:
- Prepare client folder, including research, yearbook photo, pin, etc.
- Create webpage for client post interview
- “Video Index Process” the interview and produce a narrative, timeline and detailed brief of the DVD
- Duplicate the printed materials; send originals to the Archives
- Scan photos; general research for specific video production needs
- Ability to research via microfiche, internet, yearbooks and other publications
- Precise and detailed analysis of the spoken word
- Organization of materials collected and accurate data input
- Completely flexible from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; you choose your own schedule and keep your own time sheet; ten hours a week for the training period desired
- Living History Studio in the lower level of the Alumni House on North Avenue
- A supply of chocolate always on hand
