  • International Careers Expert Stacy Berdan will be presenting to campus on how the global marketplace has change the job-search today, the skills necessary for differentiation with employers, how students can build an international skill set, how to develop a winning global job search strategy, and the ups and downs of working abroad. Stacy Berdan is an award-winning author and we are proud to host her! This lecture will take place on Thursday, November 13th at 2:30pm in the Student Success Center Clary Theater.
  • International Career Development Workshop: Following the lecture is a workshop from 4:30-6pm in the President’s Suite C (also in the Student Success Theater). This interactive workshop is designed to help students develop a career strategy and action plan; define their global brand; draft a global elevator pitch; cover letter and resume; use social media and personal branding; and conduct appropriate research to find jobs. This free-interactive session is limited to 25 students and each student will receive a copy of Stacie Berdan's book, Go Global! Students must register for the workshop at http://oie.gatech.edu/content/Berdan-workshop-registration-form
