- The first intern will be selected on the basis of their proposed project. Candidates will present their proposal to a panel including representatives from AT&T’s CTO and CMO offices. The winner will be selected based on the innovativeness, commercial viability, and potential profitability. Once selected, this intern will have access to Foundry support and expertise while working toward realization of a prototype of their proposal with general support from the AT&T Foundry.
- The second intern will be selected based upon the criteria of academic performance, research hours, leadership/involvement, and an essay describing their contribution to the apprenticeship program. This intern will support ongoing product development activity within the Foundry and have access to Foundry support and expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Must be majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least a junior
- 3.2 GPA or above
- Proven leadership in extracurriculars
- Demonstrated self starter with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Understanding of product development
Compensation: 5,500 for undergraduates.
