Heather Williams, the Regional Operations Director for WINGS for kids, a local non-profit organization, is looking for a student employee for the 2014-2015 school year. WINGS is an education program that teaches kids how to behave well, make good decisions and build healthy relationships. We do this by weaving a comprehensive social and emotional learning curriculum into a fresh and fun after school program. Kids get the life lessons they need to succeed and be happy and they get a safe place to call home after school.
WINGS for kids is looking for students that have an interest in pyschology, Education, Sociology, Social Work, Policy, or Political Science, coupled with a passion for working with young children. The deadline to apply is April 15th.
