Are you craving a first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal? Submit a manuscript to The Tower by midnight on Friday, February 28, 2014 to be considered for publication in the Fall 2014 issue. Visit gttower.org/submit to submit and read detailed submission policies.

The Tower was recently accepted into the US Library of Congress and maintains formal article exchange programs with peer-journals, such as the MIT Undergraduate Research Journal. Did you also know that 80% of all authors published inThe Tower and seeking to attend graduate school receive the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship?! Your manuscript in The Tower will reach a national audience and serve as a basis for further opportunities in your research career.

We are currently accepting submissions from all academic disciplines in all of our accepted publication formats:
  • Articles – culmination of a research project
  • Synopses – for work already published in a peer-reviewed journal
  • Perspectives – does not need experimental data, rather provides a viewpoint in the current progress of one's field, should elaborate on own efforts as well
  • Dispatches – a brief research communication; this format is a shorter research article for undergraduates earlier in their research project/career
