One listing is for an immediate opening, and three are for the 2013 -2014 school year.

#1. Holy Spirit Preparatory School (posted August 17, 2012)
Holy Spirit Preparatory School, a Catholic, independent pre-K through 12 school in north Atlanta, is seeking applicants for a full time math teaching position for the 2012-2013 academic year. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably a Master’s) with a strong math concentration. Candidates must have prior experience in Math instruction to high school students. Interested applicants should e-mail a resume and cover letter to Helen Prieto athprieto@holyspiritprep.org

#2. Yeshiva Atlanta, a modern Orthodox high school, is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill three full time teaching positions for the 2013-2014 school year.  Yeshiva Atlanta’s mission is to offer a well-rounded Torah-based college preparatory education to young Jewish men and women. The school embraces the ideals of Ahavat Yisrael, the love of all Jews, and the significance of Medinat Yisrael, the State of Israel. There are currently three job openings for the 2013-2014 school year.

2a.Math Teacher Needed
Yeshiva Atlanta seeks a full-time math teacher for the 2013-2014 school year. Teaching responsibilities include A.P. Calculus AB and at least four other math classes. Class sizes are small, and students are well-behaved. Advanced degree in math as well as experience in high school education and A.P. instruction preferred. Candidates comfortable with using technology to enhance lessons, particularly with SmartBoards, preferred. Yeshiva Atlanta seeks a full-time science teacher for the 2013-2014 school year. Teaching responsibilities include Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, and at least three other science classes. At least one of these classes will be Advanced Placement (A.P.) level. Class sizes are small, and students are well-behaved. Advanced degree in science as well as experience in high school education and A.P. instruction preferred. Candidates comfortable with using technology to enhance lessons, particularly with SmartBoards, preferred. At least one of these classes will be Advanced Placement (A.P.) level. Class sizes are small, and students are well-behaved. Advanced degree in history as well as experience in high school education and A.P. instruction preferred. Candidates comfortable with using technology to enhance lessons, particularly with SmartBoards, preferred. Pay is commensurate to qualifications and experience.
