Institute Offers Free Lynda.com Training

Whether you’ve always wanted to learn how to use Adobe Photoshop or you’d like to learn the ins and outs of switching from a PC to a Mac, a new free service offered by Georgia Tech can provide you with training on a variety of software and technology topics.
 
Faculty, students and staff now have unlimited access to all of the online video training services offered by lynda.com.

Courses are offered in everything from home computing to business, and the service is free for all employees and students.

Lynda.com offers more than 1,000 courses taught by industry experts. Courses are designed for all levels of learners and can also be accessed on iPhones and iPads.

Many courses are complemented with exercises that allow participants to review the concepts they’ve learned. Upon completion of each course, participants will receive a certificate of completion from lynda.com.

New courses are added weekly to ensure that training on the latest software and topics is available. To get started, visit Tech’s lynda.com site, enter your Tech login credentials to create an account and then start taking courses.
