Dr. Nabil Wilf completed his BS in Biology and INTA at Georgia Tech in 2006 and was part of the International Plan while a student here. He has held several national and international awards, including a Boren Fellowship, Fulbright award, Critical Language Enhancement award, and Gates Cambridge Scholarship. He completed his Ph.D. at Cambridge in 2011 and currently works as a postdoctoral researcher in the Centre for Chemical and Synthetic Biology at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge.
He will be talking about his experiences as a Georgia Tech student and how he came to apply for and win nationally competitive awards. Students, staff, and faculty are invited. September 6, 11.00 AM - 12.00 PM, Clough Lounge 205
