Coca-Cola Refreshments has an opening in a newly created position on the Help Desk/Service Desk team. It is a full-time temporary/contract position with flexible hours to accomodate a student's school schedule. Full position details are attached. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- 100% telephone support
- Hours of operations: 7:30am – 7pm
- Hours for available position – between 8:30am – 6pm, 5 to 8 hours per day
- Application password reset
- Set up approved users with access to our Sales & Marketing Website. This will require using our database program, QuickBase, an internal security management tool.
- Service Desk Subject Matter Expert for Sales & Reporting application.
- Assist on projects to implement new application service and support.
- Provide back-up support for email and voice message request queues.
- Depending on skill level, assist with completing SharePoint service and administration request.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Strong Computer /Internet Troubleshooting skills
- Active Directory experience/knowledge
- MS Office 2010 experience
- MS SharePoint is a Plus
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter – able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks using judgment & good Time Management skills
Experience with the following is a plus:
- SharePoint 2007 and/or 2010
- QuickBase
- HP Service Center Incident Management System
- Tivoli Incident Management System
- Database management
