Universum has partnered with Schneider Electric on a project called Go Green in the City. Go Green in the City is an international case competition that pits students from all over the world up against one another and challenges them to come up with an idea for intelligent energy management in the city.
The 100 best teams are asked to write a full synopsis and are guaranteed exposure to job opportunities at Schneider. The 25 best teams will be flown out to Paris to compete against teams in eight different countries. The team that wins gets to travel all over the world and is offered a job at Schneider Electric. Last year’s winners kept a blog of their adventures, which you can read here: http://blog.gogreeninthecity.com/
Only 10 universities in the US have been asked to participate. Each team must have at least one female. Click here for a flier that contains all of the rules and information.
