Fellows undertake an original research project on an aspect of the modern Presidency and/or the Congress and write a 10 to 15-page paper (single-spaced) which is eligible for awards and publication.
Eligibility:
Strong academic credentials, interest in the institutions of the Presidency and the Congress, and/or international affairs and public policy.
All majors are eligible. Both undergraduate and graduate students may be nominated.
Nomination Materials:
- Resume
- 300-word statement written by the student about why the program is of interest
- Transcripts from all institutions attended
- Contact information—name, phone number, email address, and both summer and fall mailing addresses
Faculty may nominate a student, and students may nominate themselves.
Please send nominations as soon as possible and no later than February 24th to Dr. Kathryn Meehan, Fellowships Office (kathryn.meehan@provost.gatech.edu).
