PUBP 4833 Technology Law, Policy, and Management (91884) will meet Thursday evenings from 6:05-8:55. The class will emphasize patent law, but will also discuss other areas  of law that affect the research, design, marketing, and selling of technology. This will be a good class for anyone interested in the legal  protections of intellectual property. It should apply as a social  science class for students not using it for the LS&T minor. The class is co-taught by two practicing attorneys who earned graduate degrees at Georgia Tech before going on to Emory Law School.
