Qualifications or Experience Required/Preferred - Marketing, PR, web, comfortable with making phone calls and gathering information, self-motivated and organized. Please provide resume.
General Description: Principle duties would involve college and community development, training, and administrative tasks.
 

Tasks:
*Support C2P in marketing tasks to promote CASE. 

*Identify colleges, departments and communities to participate in CASE. 
*Recruit faculty at colleges to support the CASE process. 
*Schedule regular meetings with college staff to keep them engaged by disseminating key information. 
*Assist faculty and students with ServiceBook. 
*Perform initial screen of applications that come in via ServiceBook. 
*Facilitate the launch of CASE projects. 
*Collect final reports from students and faculty on results of CASE project. 
*Maintain and manage checklist for CASE program (maintain spreadsheet). 
*Gather necessary certificate and check information for winning CASE programs
*Identify/schedule appropriate event to recognize the winners of the CASE competition and to award certificates and funds to implement the projects. 
*Provide weekly report to C2P including electronic records of all contacts with a brief description of communication with them. C2P should be copied on all emails. 
*Be available for phone calls and meetings with C2P as needed.
