The Office of Diversity Programs will be hosting a multicultural competence mini-session conference on Tuesday, March 22. The conference is for those who provide services and programs for students. Dr. Archie Ervin, Vice President for Institute Diversity will kick-off the conference by giving the welcome and diversity update. We will then proceed to have sessions, which will focus on how to work more effectively with underrepresented populations. To attend the conference an RSVP is required, and you may do so at www.diversityprograms.gatech. edu. Lunch will be provided, but in order to receive lunch, one must attend all the sessions prior to lunch. This is a requirement using state funds. You can attend a portion of the conference, but it is not encouraged. Please RSVP by March 17.
