Fulton County Job: Gender Equality Coordinator

Fulton County Government is seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator for its ongoing Gender Equality Initiative.  The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or public administration, psychology, human resources, sociology, organizational development, finance or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in program research, monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, project management, or a related area, such as grants management
  • Familiarity with evaluation techniques, research methodology, and developing policies & procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to achieve results through collaboration and influence rather than positional authority
  • Familiarity with addressing the unique concerns of equal opportunity employment practices
  • A genuine interest in gender equalization driven by an ability to produce quantitative and qualitative data as evidence
  • Ability to present data and interact effectively and comfortably in a public setting
  • Interest in and ability to collaborate with area agencies, elected officials, administrators and personnel as it relates to hiring, training and staffing practices
