Boston University Summer Internship

During the first 6 weeks of the 12 week program, students take two undergraduate summer courses chosen from one of nine tracks, earning eight credits. For the final 6 weeks of the program, Boston University places each individual in a relevant, professioinal internship at a Boston-area firm or organization.  

Students also enroll in a 2 credit Internship Course, which continues through both the academic and internship phases of the program. The Internship Course prepares students for the internship and provides support as they adjust to a new workplace. By the conclusion of the Summer Study Internship Program, students will have earned a total of 10 semester credits-and gained exceptional preparation for their future careers.
