POWER OVER PREJUDICE SUMMIT 2009Georgia Tech Diversity Programs is honored to partner with the Anti-Prejudice Awareness Consortium to host the Power Over Prejudice Summit (POP). The POP Summit brings together teams of 10 middle schoolers from 60 metro area public, private and religious schools for a positive, interactive learning experience. Students from different ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic and religious backgrounds work in small groups led by community volunteers who are trained facilitators.
You are invited to be a facilitator or volunteer for the 2008 Power Over Prejudice Summit. This year's Summit runs November 4, 5, & 6 and will be held at the Student Center Ballroom. For more information about volunteering call Stephanie Ray at 404.894.2561.
