The OAG window will be open from September 17th - October 15th. From October 16th - October 31st you can declare your intent to graduate, but there is a $50 fine. Do it before October 16th! You cannot declare your intent to graduate after 10/31.
Note that this is for new OAGs only. If you have filed an OAG for a previous semester and need to reactivate it for spring 2015, the window for doing that is December 1st - January 15th.
