Administrative assistant needed to assist the Director of Operations of FCS Urban Ministries in daily administrative and accounting functions.
DUTIES:
- Process check, credit card and cash donations for three non-profit organizations
- Create receipts for all donations received
- Maintain donor database
- Handle all invoicing, deposits, distribution and communication for book sales
- Other administrative tasks that arise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 3 years experience in administrative or accounting role
- Strong skills in Microsoft office
- Experience in Raiser’s Edge and eTapestry, preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
DETAILS:
- Part time – 20 to 25 hours a week, best if in office 4 days a week
- $9 to $11/hour based on experience
- Located at 750 Glenwood Avenue, SE, Atlanta, GA 30316
