The Inclusive Postsecondary Academy (IPA) at Georgia Tech is a developing four year, two certificate program that provides students with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to engage in the Yellow Jacket experience through participating in college classes, living independently, working in professional internships, and enjoying active social lives.

We are recruiting passionate Georgia Tech students who are interested in making a difference to serve as peer mentors or peer supportsfor the first cohort of IPA students. Peer supports will work with IPA students to achieve academic success, develop a social network, and establish healthy and independent lifestyles.
