Attention undergraduate students the deadline for the fall issue is just around the corner, and The Washington Undergraduate Law Review (WULR) is looking for submissions!
The WULR is an academic legal journal at the University of Washington that publishes law-related essays, research papers, and other written work by undergraduates. The law review is entirely run by undergraduates at the University of Washington.
Submission to the WULR is open to all majors. We value papers on a variety of legal topics, and students are encouraged to submit undergraduate theses or other academic papers 12 pages or longer. Submissions will be selected for publication by the WULR’s executive editors based upon quality of writing, research, and analysis. All submissions accepted for publication may be edited for length and clarity.
Email articles as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) in double-spaced, 12 point type. Articles should include a cover page with the following information:
1. Full name
2. Contact information (email, phone)
3. Article title
4. Complete abstract
5. Brief biography
6. College / university
All submissions for the autumn quarter issue of the Washington Undergraduate Law Review are due by Friday September 19. Please submit to wulr@uw.edu.
Please consult our website for more information about submission requirements: http://students.washington.edu/wulr.
*The WULR is now also accepting shorter pieces for potential publication online, or in a publication of shorter works. For more information, or to submit shorter papers, please contact wulr@uw.edu.
