FOCUS 2015 will be held January 15-17, 2015. FOCUS is one of the nation’s premier programs for raising awareness of graduate education. It is designed to attract the best and brightest underrepresented minority students and encourage them to pursue graduate degrees at Georgia Tech. We are hosting FOCUS Scholars and FOCUS Fellows at the same time. FOCUS Scholars are 3rd and 4th year undergrads aspiring to become graduate students. FOCUS Fellows are post-docs or near completion PhD candidates aspiring to become professors. The deadline for students to apply to become FOCUS Scholars is October 31, 2014!
We have a new website www.focus.gatech.edu! It is a slimmed-down, cleaner, website than before. You will find that it just has the simplest of details for students to apply to FOCUS. Over the next 2-3 weeks, we will add details on the program schedule, reimbursements, etc.
