Naomi Lamoreaux, Stanley B. Resor Professor of Economics and History and Chair of the Department of History at Yale University, will present the last of our Graduate Forum talks this Monday at 4:00 in 104 Old CE.
Professor Lamoreaux will speak on "Invention and Entrepreneurship in Cleveland, 1880-1930." Her talk will draw on ongoing research with Professor Margaret Levenstein (Case Western) and the late Kenneth Sokoloff (UCLA) into the social and economic basis of innovative activity in a major industrial district.
