GEWN (Georgia Executive Women's Network) Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship application deadline moved to May 31 2014!

Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship Program:

The purpose of the GEWN Scholarship Fund is to assist in the college education of Georgia female leaders of tomorrow. GEWN will award two $3,000 scholarships for the 2010-2011 academic year to female, non-traditional, full-time students who are attending or planning to attend a metropolitan Atlanta accredited college or university in a four-year undergraduate program of study. Non-traditional is defined as a student who is at least 24 years old.

Criteria — To Qualify for the scholarship, the applicant must:
  • Be a female at least 24 years of age by August 1, 2010
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student for the 2010-2011 academic year in a four-year undergraduate program of study at a metropolitan Atlanta accredited college or university andhave completed at least one year of college
  • Have a college grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Have demonstrated leadership abilities in school, work and/or community.
