Mentor Walk Looking for Volunteers

Welcome to the Walk! "The path to success starts with me."
Come volunteer and join in the fun of this inspirational walk to raise awareness of the importance of education and encourage high school and younger students to stay in school! Join students, educators, parents, and the community to make a difference to a child's future through education in our state. Help with sessions after the walk for students and adults conducted in partnership with Accenture and Deloitte.

Event name: Mentor Walk
Event description: A family event to encourage middle and high school students to stay in school.

What volunteers will do? Students can serve as mentor coaches
Skills needed? Accenture executives will hold a WebX training session to highlight the materials to be discussed at the event -http://mentorwalk2013coaches.eventbrite.com/
Training provided? Accenture will provide training for coaches. Volunteers can also attend as event support.
Length of commitment? 4-6 hrsTransportation needed? No. Event is on Tech Green on Tech’s campus
