Please let Susan Belmonte, Pre-Teaching Advisor, help you in your job hunt. Resume building and revision, mock interviews, and protocol are all important. A poorly organized resume can mean your resume goes in the “no” pile, and you lose a chance at even getting an interview. Layout, font size and choice, wording, spacing, etc. all play important parts in how the reader perceives you as a potential employee. The resume is your first impression along with a cover letter.
Susan can also contact HR reps in many counties as well. All applicants still must apply through the each system’s online portal or through www.teachgeorgia.org (depending upon the system).
