The Minor in Leadership Studies is an interdisciplinary and rigorous program of study that is designed to enable students to build their leadership and management skills through pedagogical and practical training. Students apply to one of two tracks – Management (offered through the Institute for Leadership & Entrepreneurship) OR Public Policy (offered through the School of Public Policy) and complete a prescribed 15-credit hour program while satisfying the requirements towards a bachelor's degree in their major. Students are encouraged to apply to this program in their sophomore year although we do consider all students as long as they meet the application requirements and have a minimum of 3 semesters of planned coursework remaining at Tech prior to their anticipated date of graduation.
