2 Info Sessions for Pre-Teaching this Week

Posted by Angela Valenti On 10:00:00 AM
The Pre-Teaching program is sponsoring two information sessions this week:

  • Kennesaw State will make a presentation on its MAT programs and the joint GT/KSU Noyce Scholarship programs in math and science.  This is an excellent opportunity for undergrads to learn more about the $10,000-$20,000 scholarships for future math and science teachers. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 5:30 p.m., Success Center Presidents Suite A

  • Gwinnett County Public Schools will present a session on teaching careers, upcoming job fairs, and TeachGwinnett (the alternative certification program).  Gwinnett actively recruits Tech students and alumni each year. Thursday, Dec. 2, 5:00 p.m., Success Center Presidents Suite A
Everyone is welcome!  It's OK to come in late or slip out early.  Feel free to invite friends. Any questions, email beth.spencer@provost.gatech.edu
