The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs will be hiring multiple student assistants for part-time work here in INTA. Students will report to advisers Stephanie Jackson and Vince Pedicino. Students will be expected to work 10-15 hours a week.

Schedule will be flexible (M-F 9-5). Work will begin on May 17th for Summer and August 23rd for Fall. For more info, click the "Read More" button.

Responsibilities will include: general clerical, including phone, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc; primary reception duties, including reception of visitors and information dissemination; web research; data entry; and other duties as assigned.

Skills required: STRONG Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), STRONG organizational skills, STRONG communication (both oral and written) skills, ability to multitask, professional presence, customer service orientation, clerical skills, ability to follow instructions, ability to meet deadlines, and flexibility. HTML skills a MAJOR plus.

Pay begins at $7.25/hour.
