Using the Social (and Other) Sciences to Study Crime

Applications are now being accepted for Using the Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Mathematics to Study Crime, a new Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) campus.  The program will be held June 7 - July 23, 2010 and funding is provided by the National Science Foundation (contingent upon final budgetary approval).
 
The application deadline is April 12.  Click here to view the application.  Students may also access the application file via the REU website at: www.cis.uab.edu/UABCrimeREU.

We will notify all students selected for the program by May 7, 2010.
