The system that runs OSCAR is currently experiencing problems. If you are getting odd messages or course restrictions that don't make sense, this could be the cause. Make sure to check class restrictions in the course catalog to see whether it's a system error or there is an actual restriction. These issues will (hopefully) be resolved very soon by the Office of Information Technology.
