Registration: Major Restrictions

MATH
Major restrictions for MATH classes will be lifted April 11.

CHEMISTRY
Fall 2013 CHEM 1211K and CHEM 1310 are restricted to incoming freshmen until the Saturday before classes start in August. Permits are not available.

Fall 2013 CHEM 1212K has limited seats available to continuing students, but it is major restricted until the Saturday before classes start in August. Permits are not available.

Both CHEM 1212K and 1310 are offered this summer with no restrictions.

BIOLOGY
BIOL 1510 major-restrictions will be lifted on 8/10 in Phase 2. Graduating seniors should email bio-registration@lists.gatech.edu with GT# and justification to request a permit.
For other major-restricted BIOL courses (besides BIOL 1510), students should request a permit at bio-registration@lists.gatech.edu. Include GT# and justification.

For Honors Genetics (BIOL 2354/2355), students with an overall GPA of 3.0 and a minimum grade of B in BIOL1510/1511 or equivalent should email chrissy.spencer@gatech.biology.edu for a permit. Include GT#.

COMPUTER SCIENCE - CS
Most major restrictions will be removed 4/11. 

Class restrictions for intro CS courses will be removed 4/12.  Overloads must be requested via OSCAR when all sections of a course are full. We will see begin seeing major changes to
CS and CS minor declarations on 4/22.
